For example, a 60x80 inches weighted blanket weighing 20 lbs is suitable for adults. This weighted blanket is much smaller than a regular blanket, so please refer to our size chart to select the appropriate size.

【Care Attention & Customer Service】 The weighted blanket is machine-washable on a gentle cycle in cold water and should be air-dried. Hand washing is preferred. The heavy blanket is not recommended for pregnant women, and you should not cover your face with the blanket.
